Expanding and enhancing internet and digital innovation and inflection will redefine the Retail Management Institute.

The retail industry is at a point of inflection, primarily due to the internet and related digital technologies that have emerged from Silicon Valley.  This inflection has led to unprecedented innovation in retailing and has expanded the scope of retailing.  This unique moment allows us to re-imagine the Retail Management Institute and engage in new programs and activities that create exciting opportunities for students from a variety of disciplines. It also allows the Leavey School of Business to establish an annual summit on retail innovation and provide greater focus on retail and marketing analytics.
