Leavey School of Business Professional Development

The Leavey School of Business (LSB) Professional Development Program started in a pilot phase in 2018 and we currently have about 100 students participating. Our goal is to provide all our 1,400 LSB undergraduates with access to rich career programming, internships at different types of businesses and introductions to alumni and mentors. The LSB Professional Development program will deliver the skills and exposure to succeed in internship and career search and selection. Students will have access to career coaching in addition to:

  • Supported development of their professional development tool kit (resume, LinkedIn Profile, personal brand and interview skills).
  • Practice creating and leveraging their networks to learn about internships and industries.
  • Exposure to career fields, job functions and companies.
  • Advice from Career Peer Consultants and alumni mentors.
