Stephen A. Finn Residence Hall

By constructing the new Stephen A. Finn Residence Hall, SCU is increasing the on-campus residential capacity by more than 350 students.

The residential environment provides a range of activities within safe, well-maintained facilities, consistent with University standards for technology, sustainability, quality, and design while promoting healthy living and overall student success. The University is building the Stephen A. Finn Residence Hall to: (1) support the planned growth of the undergraduate student body, (2) increase the percentage of undergraduates who live on campus, and (3) provide the structure in which the University can deliver a more integrated and enhanced residential experience for undergraduates throughout their first two years.
