Edward M. Dowd Art and Art History Building

The state-of-the-art Edward M. Dowd Art and Art History Building helps create an environment that provides a central home for an integrated fine arts program.

The Edward M. Dowd Art and Art History Building provides a central home for an integrated fine arts program. An endowment to support visiting artists and programming in the gallery will inspire collaboration, visual literacy, and creativity to develop uniquely creative thinkers and imaginative problem solvers. This environment allows Santa Clara to significantly increase the opportunities for scholarship and creativity for students studying the fine arts and their history, for visiting artists and scholars to share their passion through their work, and for the University and greater community to participate in the exploration and appreciation of art.

Gifts of $25,000 or more may be recognized with a named room within the Edward M. Dowd Art and Art History Building.
